All trainers at EditBari are active freelancers who teach based on real, current work experience.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling at EditBari, you confirm that:

• You are genuinely interested in learning the skill
• You understand that learning requires time, effort, and practice
• You are responsible for your own learning progress

EditBari does not enroll students for guaranteed income or shortcuts.

3. Enrollment & Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment
• Seat availability is limited and batch-based
• Once registered, your seat is reserved, and teaching time is allocated for you

Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in removal from the program.

4. Fees & Payments

• All fees are clearly communicated before registration
• Fees are paid only for training time and guidance, not for selling a product
• We do not store full payment or card details

5. Refund Policy

Once registration is completed and payment is confirmed, fees are non-refundable.

This policy exists because:

6. No Earnings Guarantee

• Specific financial results

7. Student Responsibility

As a student, you agree to:

Disruptive behavior, dishonesty, or misuse of guidance may result in removal without refund.

8. Use of Learning Materials

• All class materials are for personal learning only
• Recording, reselling, or sharing materials without permission is prohibited
• Content remains the intellectual property of EditBari and its trainers

9. Attendance & Access

• Missed classes are the student’s responsibility
• Replay availability (if any) depends on the specific program
• Access rules will be communicated per batch

10. Changes to Programs

EditBari reserves the right to:

• Update class schedules
• Modify content to improve quality
• Replace trainers if required

Any major changes will be communicated to students in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

EditBari is not responsible for:

• Personal financial decisions

12. Termination of Access

EditBari may suspend or terminate access if a student:

• Violates terms

• Shows repeated disrespect or misconduct

No refunds apply in such cases.
